Terms of Service

1. Services
ABP Studio provides web design and development services for small businesses. We offer one-time website packages delivered within 48 hours of receiving all required information from the client.
2. Payment
All payments are one-time and non-recurring. Payment is required before work begins. We accept payments through our secure payment processor. All prices are listed in USD.
3. Delivery
Our 48-hour delivery timeline begins once we receive your completed intake form with all required content (business details, logo, photos, copy). Delays in providing materials will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
4. Revisions
Each plan includes one round of revisions after the initial delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included round may be subject to additional charges, quoted in advance.
5. Ownership
Upon full payment, you own your website content (text, images you provided, and the final design). Code libraries, frameworks, and templates used in construction remain the property of their respective owners under their open-source licenses.
6. Hosting & Domain
Website hosting and domain registration are the responsibility of the client. We can assist with setup and recommend providers, but ongoing hosting fees are separate from our design packages.
7. Refunds
If we fail to deliver your website within the agreed timeline (48 hours from receiving all materials), you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests for other reasons will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once a website has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
8. Limitation of Liability
ABP Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
